AI-Powered Productivity is crafted to enhance productivity through the smart use of Generative AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot. It promotes AI literacy and responsible usage within organisations, featuring multiple phases and modules that cover AI technologies, prompt engineering, data privacy, and tool utilisation. Participants will learn to measure the impact of AI on their roles, advocate for its use in the workplace, and follow ethical practices.

Who it's for
End users of GenAI tools (e.g., MS365 Copilot) across business functions, ideally in junior to mid-level roles.
To apply you'll need
- To have the right to work in the UK
- To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past three years
- At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- To have not previously studied the course content
- To not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
- To be able to apply your learning to your role

- Prompt Engineering and Assessing Risk: Learn to integrate and use GenAI in business, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot. Develop effective prompts, optimise AI-generated outputs, and implement AI systems to boost efficiency and innovation while maintaining high standards of reliability and accuracy.
- Data Privacy, Security, and Governance: Dive into the critical aspects of data privacy, security, and governance in AI-driven workplace technologies. Focus on best practices for data management to ensure security and compliance.
- Harnessing GenAI for Productivity: Apply continuous improvement methodologies using GenAI. Get to know Microsoft 365 Copilot and its features to enhance productivity in key applications like Word and Outlook.

Leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot to supercharge productivity
- From Productivity to Quantifiable Impact: Identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of Generative AI in your roles. Spot AI-addressable gaps in your daily processes and define success metrics for AI initiatives.
