Accessibility statement

Intro

Multiverse is committed to ensuring our digital products and services are accessible to all individuals, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. We design with inclusivity in mind, following accessibility best practices to create equitable digital experiences.

Scope of this statement

This accessibility statement applies to the following Multiverse websites and platforms:

  1. Recruitment Platform – A platform designed to streamline the hiring process, enabling employers to connect with qualified candidates.
  2. Marketing Website – The primary online presence for Multiverse, providing information on products, services, and company updates.
  3. Ariel – Our Learning Management System (LMS).
  4. Searchlight – A tool to assess and evaluate team skills, providing insights for workforce development.
  5. Hello – A communication and collaboration platform.
  6. Home – A personalised dashboard, centralising access to key features.
  7. Atlas – An AI guide that supports learners through chat.
  8. Chat – A communication platform for user conversations.

Compliance status

Multiverse is committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA. Our current compliance status is as follows:

  1. The Recruitment Platform is fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA.
  2. Ariel has been manually tested internally, and a VPAT is available, but it has not yet undergone a third-party audit.
  3. The remaining platforms are partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, due to the non-compliance issues listed below.

Non-accessibile content

The following areas do not yet meet full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance:

(a) Non-Compliance with Accessibility Regulations

  1. Marketing Website – Audited by a third party against WCAG 2.1 AA but not yet fully compliant; improvements are in progress.
  2. Searchlight, Hello, Home, Atlas, and Chat – Not yet audited by a third party; a formal accessibility assessment is pending.

(b) Disproportionate Burden

At this time, no specific elements are claimed under the disproportionate burden exemption.

(c) Content Not Within Scope of the Accessibility Regulations

All web-based services fall within the scope of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Planned improvements

To meet our accessibility goals, we are:

  1. Addressing outstanding issues on the Marketing Website.
  2. Conducting third-party audits on products that have not yet been assessed.
  3. Providing VPATs for products where applicable.
  4. Enhancing accessibility training for our design and development teams.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 12th February 2025. It is based on:

  1. Formal third-party accessibility audits conducted for the Recruitment Platform and Marketing Website.
  2. Internal testing and VPAT documentation for Ariel.
  3. Pending third-party assessments for Searchlight features (Skill Scan), Hello, Home, Atlas, and Chat.

The statement was last reviewed on 12th February 2025.
