We are delighted to welcome Sachin Goyal as our Vice President, Engineering to lead the growth of our tech team.
In his leadership role, Sachin will take technical ownership of delivering the Multiverse platform and scaling it into the global infrastructure layer for apprenticeships. He will develop an engineering team that has already been responsible for the matching or training of over 5,000 apprentices and scale it to reach our global ambitions.
Here Sachin explains his reasons for joining Multiverse:
“Taking charge of engineering at Multiverse is an unmissable opportunity to create the architecture for a data-led platform that will be responsible for assessing and placing tens of thousands apprentices in life-changing roles. In doing so, we’ll deliver a truly special mission.
“Every member of the Multiverse team has a personal reason to be here. Where I grew up in India, too often education was a privilege rather than a right - I’m excited by the chance to spread opportunity more widely.
“I’ve always thought there’s something wrong with an education system where people are spending so much time and money learning things that never get applied in the real world. Apprenticeships offer a better way and I’m excited to get started.’

Faced with unprecedented talent shortages, more and more employers (opens new window)are turning to professional apprenticeships as a route to close their skills gaps and access diverse talent.
Multiverse is currently hiring for a number of roles to fill this demand across the US and UK. If you’re passionate about providing a diverse group of future leaders with an outstanding alternative to university, college and corporate training, view our current open roles and get in touch.
