This project management training programme is crafted to enhance your team's efficiency by equipping them with the skills needed to handle projects smoothly, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Participants will learn to tackle project challenges, manage risks, and maintain quality while continuously improving.
Overview
Our Project Management programme aims to boost your organisation with essential project management skills to improve project efficiency and achieve successful outcomes. The 12-15 month course is divided into three phases: setting projects up for success, optimising execution, and delivering measurable outcomes. Optional add-ons include, Project Management Tool Training in Jira, Additional Agile methodology training and Prince2 certification. The full program length is 15 months, which includes Gateway and End Point Assessment.
Notes
- All learners must have access to a work laptop
- Apprentices opting into the Jira training must have Jira whitelisted
- Optional: access to GenAI tools is not included in the program

To apply you'll need
- To have the right to work in the UK
- To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
- To have at least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- To have not previously studied the course content
- To not undertake any other qualification during the apprenticeship
- To be able to apply your learning to your role

Assessing case for change and appropriate methodology:
Explore waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches to project management. Select and apply the best strategies based on organizational goals, project needs, and stakeholder expectations
Setting objectives and scoping:
Define clear success metrics and benefits for the project. Establish precise constraints and guidelines, ensuring proposed methods align with the organisation's existing practices.
Module 3
Estimating and scheduling resources:
Create accurate project schedules and budgets by effectively estimating time and resource requirements. Use agile tools to maintain and adjust project timelines as needed.
Module 4
Establishing effective governance structures:
Implement strong governance frameworks and support high-performing agile teams in various project settings.
Communicating with and managing stakeholders
Identify key stakeholders in the project. Develop and execute effective communication plans to manage their expectations.
