The Transformative Leadership programme is designed to empower managers in the UK with key leadership skills to boost productivity and performance while integrating AI into their practices. This all-encompassing programme aims to build strong leadership foundations, manage high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Overview

The Transformative Leadership programme is divided into three phases, each focusing on different aspects of leadership development. The programme includes various modules covering communication, people management, strategic thinking, and more. Participants will learn to foster a culture of inclusion and innovation, lead high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement within their organisations.

Who it's for

First, middle, or senior managers looking to boost their leadership skills, increase productivity and performance, and make the most of AI in their roles

To apply you'll need

  • To have the right to work in the UK
  • To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past three years
  • At least a grade of 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • To have not previously studied the course content
  • To not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
  • To be able to apply your learning to your role

The modules

Module 1

Setting yourself up for success

Core concepts: Learn the essentials of effective communication, maintaining a data-driven mindset, using AI as a copilot, and incorporating diversity and inclusion in all activities.

Module 2

Self awareness and understanding personal impact

Talogy’s psychometric assessment: Use Talogy’s leading psychometric assessment to understand your leadership style, improve communication, enhance emotional intelligence, explore behaviour styles, and assess your impact on peers.

Module 3

Cultivating diverse teams and culture

Diversity and inclusion: Learn about building diverse and inclusive teams, understanding equity, diversity, and inclusion principles, ethics, and values-based leadership theories.

Module 4

Understanding leadership within your sector

Sector knowledge: Understand your organisation's sector, regulations, and legislation, and how they affect your role, team, responsibilities, and the organisation as a whole

Module 5

Strategic thinking and planning

Strategic alignment: Learn how your organisation's strategic direction impacts operational plans, develop and implement aligned plans, prioritise activities, and deliver sustainable solutions to adapt to changing factors.
